To make changes of ownership on a deed a Title Company or an attorney can assist you with this.  The recorders office does not prepare deeds or have blank deeds.  Once a deed is prepared the deed is mailed or brought to our office for recording.

Recording feeds are: $24.00 for the 1st page and $3.00 for each additional page

Certified copies are $2.00 pluss .50 for each page.

Copies are .50 per page

​

Recording plats $44.00 first page and $25.00 each additional page

​

Recording surveys: $24.00 first page and $5.00 each additional page

​

Deeds are recorded the day they arrive in the office and back in the mail the next day.

​

Recordings can be done at the window and returned at that time.

​

Personal checks are accepted to record deeds or obtain copies.
