Steps:
1.  Complete PIN Application & Waiver
2.  Mail or fax PIN Application & Waiver to MEC
3.  Receive username and password from MEC
4.  Start filing electronically
Miller County Clerk's Office
All candidate and committee reports may be electronically filed with the Commission.  
All statewide and legislative candidates are required by law to file their reports
online.  Filing electronically with the Commission fulfills the local filing requirement
(other than St. Louis City Board of Elections).
