Proposition 2:
Shall the Board of Education of the Cole
County R-V School District, Missouri,
without an estimated increase in the
current debt service property tax levy,
borrow money in the amount of One
Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,500,000) for the purpose of providing
funds for the acquisition of land for future
building site and to construct an athletic
track; to complete technology upgrades;
acquisition and installation of bleachers
for the high school gymnasium; complete
safety and security improvements
including keyless entry and cameras,
electrical and phone system upgrades;
complete paving improvements to rear
parking lot; to the extent funds are
available complete additional repairs and
renovation improvements to existing
facilities of the disrict; and issue bonds, a
portion of which may include Qualified
School Construction Bonds or Qualified
Zone Academy Bonds in an amount not
to exceed an allocation from the Missouri
Department of Elementary and
Secondary Education, for the payment
thereof?  If this proposition is approved,
the adjusted debt service levy of the
School District is estimated to remain
unchanged to $.70 per one hundred
dollars of assessed valuation of real and
person property.
